I ordered this Samsung tablet only to find out 2 days later that it was out of stock. I was told my refund was being processed immediately but it took over a month for the money to return to my account. When I called to query when my refund would return to my account I was given an apology for the delay and reassured I would get the money back in the coming days. This was in December. The person I spoke to said they would email me a discount to use in future as a token of apology. This never arrived. Terrible service from start to finish which is disappointing when trying to shop local. Also, a poor reflection of your organisation to send me an email asking me to review the product I was never sent in order to get 10% off..
