“Fast delivery, but my payment (via Apple Pay) never got confirmed after ordering. It was only 3 hours later when I got the confirmation email that I knew my order was processed.”

“I have no problem with the service I received from ElectroCity, I do have an issue with the bosh Tassimo coffee maker I bought as it is not the current model but an older one. Other than the fact I had visitors staying for a family funeral I would have returned it but had to use it so therefore can't. I bought it to replace my as I thought older one which in actual fact was a newer model than the one I bought.”

“Printer I purchased is really good and was €40 cheaper than competitor. Click and collect is so handy when asking someone else to collect item, can have it already paid for and guaranteed the item is there waiting for collection.”

“There was an error when I paid for my item a warning came up that this is a test run site and no orders will be fulfilled. I did get a fright as I spent close to 300euro the next day the online department was unavailable but I sent an email which they responded to promptly I had been sent the wrong order number also. Customer service was fantastic and sorted my problem very efficiently and I appreciated it very very much.”
