There was an error when I paid for my item a warning came up that this is a test run site and no orders will be fulfilled. I did get a fright as I spent close to 300euro the next day the online department was unavailable but I sent an email which they responded to promptly I had been sent the wrong order number also. Customer service was fantastic and sorted my problem very efficiently and I appreciated it very very much.
