“Bought a slow cooker and received a broken one. Returned it as directed and had to chase up for refund. Not impressed at all. Then I received a request on the product to review it! The item I received broken and didn’t replace. The mind boggles.”

“had two washing replaced in matter of months, should have been given replacement after first one but wasnt, tried repairing but that was a disaster, second one the same, very poor merchandise, will not shop there again.”

“Recently purchased some items from ElectroCity and had a fantastic experience. The website is so easy to use and navigate and enabled me to shop for everything I needed with ease.
