“I write this review in two minds as in one way yes your service was good, when I hit a few problems then not so good, no return calls, a problem that was to be followed up on and for you to get back to me never happened, I paid in full for everything but did not get everything I was promised. I was to buy a second sound bar of you but ended up buying in Argos at 25 euro more just to be sure I’d get it on time. I was to get 150 euro vegetable when I bought my tv never happened, my free sound bar was forgotten about and I was told sorry we thought we had followed up on all them, maybe you tell me is this a good service? Kevin ps. As I see it if things go good you are great but if there is a problem OOPS”

“Very Bad experience. Oustbof stock dishwasher advertised and finanace is agreed and they don't have any option to give me different one and money will return after few days. Already process don't for 10days nearly.”

“I got a fridge freezer and a washing machine recently. The products are excellent. I ordered online and it was an easy process. The goods arrived on the correct date. The only issue I have is that the packaging is not taken away. I have been told this is because of COVID. I have received furniture and other large items from other companies and they all take the packaging away. I was disappointed that I had to dispose of the packaging as this is not easy.”

“no words can express my disappointment wtih your staff and verbal promises to be broken.. at last a very kind manager agree and saw our point of view but not before many calls and e mails on my part. sick of fighting with people in this country, i am over it and will never ever buy here again or recommend anyone buy from them. however the appliance is great.”
