“I was very impressed with the customer service I received when placing my order. Communication re the delivery was very good and my order arrived promptly. The only issue I had was with the delivery company. They delivered my TV in a large lorry; access to my house is not great. I feel the delivery company should have checked with me first about access to my house.”
