“Slower delivery than expected and paid installation was average - guys tried to get away without plumbing drier in properly and reluctantly did it when i realised as they were leaving”

“Price was good, even with delivery added. Website easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. Updates timely so I knew where my order was and delivery guys super helpful, arriving in proposed time frame and bringing my applaince all the way to the end of my back garden. Nice job :-)”

“USUALLY EXCELLENT...ON THIS OCCASSION A MIX UP WITH THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM WHICH I FOUND HARD TO NAVIGATE AND GOT AN ITEM I DID NOT WANT. EVENTUALLY THIS GOT SORTED BUT I HAD A LONG WAIT AND I FELT GIVEN THE PREVIOUS AMOUNT OF CUSTOM SENT YOUR WAY FROM ME IT WAS OVERALL A DIFFICULT JOURNEY. HOWEVER I WOULD STILL USE ELECTROCITY IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF ITS LOCALITY TO MY OWN BUSINESS AND THE EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR IN THE STORE”

“Initial phone order was fine, I was told large fridge freezers were a two person lift & delivery turned up & driver was on his own & refused to even call the office, turned up a second time same thing one driver & had to bring it in myself with him. Not good enough really.”
