“I needed a kettle fast as our old one stopped working all of a sudden. We couldn't get to the shops to get a new one due to work and kids. I took a chance and ordered onlone from electo city as they had the kettle I liked at a brilliant price. The kettle arrived really fast. I was really impressed and would definitely shop with them again.”

Hi Steven, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We had arranged to collect this TV from you but, as you couldn't be without it for the couple of days it would take for us to collect and replace the TV, we made an exception in your case. We were in contact with you on the 11th of May letting you know you could drop this TV back at your local store and pick up a replacement, but this doesn't seem to have happened as of yet and we have received no further emails from you. If you would like to drop it back still, we would be more than happy to accommodate you.
