“Don't buy an electric cooker like I did and it broke down after 6 weeks and they told me the glass door isn't covered under warranty. 4 mts later nothing is happening so be careful”

“I have shopped online at electrocity a few times now and they have great deals and selection but its there customer service that is the best, I had one or two issues and they couldn't have been better, one of the issues was with a discount code not working and they quickly sorted it out for me, the other issue was with a laptop that didn't have a feature that was advertised, this was more a fault to do with the laptop manufacturer but the man I dealt with in customer service couldn't have been nicer, really quick replies and very kind and helpful. I will always check electrocity first when I need to buy something, 90% of companies have horrendous customer service so it was nice to deal with electrocity.”
