“I didn't catch the gentleman's name when I called regarding a wood aging additive but I was given excellent advice and assistance with a Rubio product and a helpful link to the product to choose the required finish. I found the website good to use and placing the order for the several items was straightforward. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Thanks again, guys.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. As we deal mostly with trade contractors who require invoices for VAT purposes we must be able to to supply these. The website is set up to automatically provide the paperwork, apologies if you received more emails than necessary or if it was confusing. I will pass this information to our accounts department and see if there is an easier way to deal with it. Kind regards Floorstock

“2 orders placed for collection on consecutive morning before opening time. Both orders ready for collection 30 mins later , with one being handed over in the car park upon my arrival. You can't beat that ! Thank you Floorstock and your staff.”
