“Quick despatch but I would expect next day delivery for the amount what they charge for the delivery One week later still haven't received anything”

We regret that your order did not arrive quickly, and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also understand that you expected to receive your order within one day, given the amount you paid for the delivery. I can see that your order was delivered in between Christmas and New Year, and I can only apologise, we did try to warn customers of delays over Christmas on the carrier network. We would be grateful if you could provide us with any further feedback on how we can better your experience with Floorstock Ltd. “Buying Pallmann wood block filler: are they all compatible with their lacquer types? Floorstock knew (yes), had it in stock, delivered rapidly. Bit pricey though.”
