“I have recently started to order from French Connection after seeing your clothes in John Lewis. I have unfortunately received two tops overall that were not in good condition on arrival. One, very screwed up and smelt of someone’s perfume. The other was dirty. I resolved both issues by washing and ironing both tops as I really liked them both. John Lewis gave me a voucher and French Connection offered 10% discount with the option of return if the stain did not come out. I really like French Connection clothes and despite these set backs, will keep shopping there. The customer Service was good”

“From the moment I sent an online order everything was very straight forward. I was kept informed about every step from order request payment delivery times and delivery . All was great. I was impressed with French Connection and ordered multiple things. I kept all but one item and only because the colour was a bit to dark for me the quality was great. I had to return it. No fuss just easy and a very quick refund. I would recommend French Connection to everyone. The prize draw is not the reason I am writing this. I have had some bad experiences online with other companies so FC was a no worries and stress free doddle. Thank you.”

“I have a number of items from French connection and I love them. They are good quality and often a little bit different but very stylish. I have bought both occasion wear and everyday items and have not been disappointed. I had a lot of compliments on the red dress I bought for my niece’s wedding last year, I looked everywhere for a suitable dress and found a beautiful unfussy one from FC, which was good value, beautiful material and I’ll definitely wear it again!”
