“I only popped in as I’ve not shopped in French Connection in a long time. I spent a fortune. Thanks! Seriously though, I think the sales assistant was so thoughtful, encouraging and not at all pushy - it encouraged me to try things on and I was hooked.”

“I visited the outlet at Gretna, Caledonian which is an hour a at, 2 weeks running and bought some beautiful outfits both times. The staff were friendly, very helpful and I would certainly recommend to many.”

“Entering the McArthur Glen store is always a treat. The last two occasions I have been treated to 5* customer service with helpful and friendly assistance from the sales advisors and even a glass of bubbly on their first anniversary. The layout is always conducive to a pleasant shopping experience, the range is great and the service is fantastic.”

“We visited your new store Dolton park to view the beautiful clothes on display the staff were very friendly and happy to help It was there first day of trading and we were offered a glass or wine and a cup cake . We purchased two garments and we will be back to make more purchases near to Christmas”
