“I was served by THE most helpful lady in your Meadowhall store. She couldn't have been more helpful,she even went into the storeroom to look for my size in a sale item ! I was so happy with my purchases but it was she who made the difference..I wish I could remember her name. Plus the selection of clothes was to die for ! I went a little overboard im afraid but ill definitely be back after the next payday !”

“I love my local French Connection store in Glasgow. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I never go into town without popping in. I really like online too. There are many lines that are not in store. Only slight complaint is the length of time for delivery. No buying a short notice outfit.”

“The lady serving me at the Bridgend outlet was extremely rude. They had marked the wrong prices on the items so when I was checking out I was confused by the price. She was abrupt in saying no that was the correct price. No apology for the error, very unfriendly.”
