“I love French Connection unfortunately my closest store is a 3-hour drive away. I have purchased several women's clothing over the years and would highly recommend the quality and choice of clothes. Recently I purchased on-line and the process was very quick, simple and straightforqward.”

“I went to your open day at Springfields and purchased three items there . When i went to pay for them at the cash desk the young lady there that looked after me did the necessary scanning of the items I was purchasing , she failed to give me the 15% discount on one of my items . I looked at the bill and discovered afterwards as to what she had . I sorted it out with another assistant who rectified the problem . The young assistants should slow up a little to give the customer the right service they require for this sort of problem . I hope this sort of problem can be shown and pointed out when undergoing their training with you . Kind regards John Thacker”

“Loved hearing French connection was moving to Springfields in Spalding. Lovely experience bought jumper for myself and one for my son. After tell him he then went and bought two items. Good quality has you would expect and staff were very friendly and hands on.”

“A very well laid out light and bright small store, with room to walk around and decent fitting rooms. However as always it's the staff that determine the sales and footfall, and the staff here are a really good fit for the brand. They are well groomed, very happy and approachable, with a friendly but not over the top manner. A nice welcome when you walk in and an offer of help, but if declined they happily leave you to browse and give thier time when asked. Nothing seems too much trouble, I asked for a dress and jeans both in sizes which weren't on the rail, and the young lady happily found them in the stock room. Excellent all round service........and I purchased the dress 😁”

“Great clothes at great sale prices I had an issue with a shirt - hadnt seen a mark until i got home- called the East Midlands outlet store and a 10%discount was applied - no quibble. Very good customer service.”
