“The French Connection staff in the Bath store are absolutely amazing. They are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always super tidy and well laid out. The shopping experience in this store is the best out of all the French Connection stores I have visited.”

“Thank you so much for your help, I had to return a dress because the slip was not straight. The lady I spoke to on the phone checked that they had another in stock and put it to one side, which I collected the next day. Thank you staff were amazing.”

“French Connection is my favourite style brand! I live in North Yorkshire but originate from Walsall. I couldn’t believe my luck when visiting friends to discover French Connection at the McArthurGlen Outlet in Cannock. My friend and I spent more than an our at your store in trying-on heaven! Wonderful! The staff to were a delight!”
