“I was very happy with the service from French Connection. My order arrived very promtly and I was updated on the situation. Unfortunately I had to return the product due to it not being quite what was required. They were easy to work with on return and my funds were paid back into my bank resonably quickly. Good service all round.”

“I found some really good pieces this time around for such good prices like a matching set for around £70 and I found a top already reduced which got reduced further at the till which was a welcome surprise. The customer assistants were welcoming and one lovely lady who served me saw I was picking up alot of items so took them off me to hang up in the changing room which I thought was so thoughtful and she hung them up so nicely. 10/10 for customer experience.”
