“Absolutely loved shopping at French Connection. There were so many gorgeous pieces to choose from, with their signature effortless, modern style and great-quality fabrics. I loved the mix of timeless wardrobe staples and trend-led pieces. The store was beautifully presented, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I came away with more than I planned because there was so much to choose from. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Shops always clean bright and inviting. Staff always friendly and calm. Product range seems to target a wide age range with a nod to trends but also timeless styling using good quality fabrics Nice accessories/ jewellary range Criticism would be sizing …inconsistent and tends to be on the small size both in men’s and women’s. This prevents me ever buying in line”

“I have always loved FC pieces. Always in style but in a classic way. And nice that a lot of full cotton items are stocked. Much nicer to wear than sweaty synthetic fabric. The store we shopped in last week, the staff were helpful and friendly.”

“I bought three shirts from the Braintree store. The lady assistant was very helpful. My size was not on display so she went hunting in the store room to get one and was helpful when I was changing getting other sizes for me to try. The cash desk assistant folded them nicely and bagged them up unlike most stores these days who just throw things in a bag. Really pleased with the fit and I have an increasing number of fc items in my wardrobe”
