“Second time in the store in cannock on the outlet and the staff were super friendly and helped with sizing , great selection of clothes to chose from for men and women and reasonably priced which is really good , the material on the clothes are top notch and the hoodies and outfits last for ever”

“I was in the Glasgow store a few months ago and the staff especially the manager was lovely. Amazing service and the outfit inspiration in the store and on the staff were beautiful. Very inspiring. So much so I returned a months later to purchase a dress I was eyeing up the last time I was there. I was busy and the manager was there Again and was still as attentive as the last time. It’s rare to get such great service in stores theses days and it really made my day. Thank you x”

“I have never visited a french connection shop before and was really pleased with how friendly and helpful the staff were. There was also a wonderful range of dress options for an upcoming occasion. I live in a rural area so it isn't always easy to find a selection of good quality clothes. will be going back next time I'm shopping for something special.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience at the French Connection store in Chester. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team went above and beyond with sizing advice and style recommendations. The store was beautifully presented, well organised, and stocked with a fantastic range of high-quality clothing. It’s rare to find a shop where the staff make such a positive impression, but the team in Chester certainly did. A truly first-class shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!”
