“I visited the Telford store was just browsing however ended buying a pair of jeans and a shirt was really impressed with the price and quality and must say the ladies who helped me with my purchase were so lovely I also signed up to the app and will definitely be back.the shop is well merchandised with some great products .Very happy with my visit”

“I ordered a jumper online at the beginning of February. It was dispatched to me on 12th February. As it was too large I had to return it. An email informed me my return had been received on 23rd February and my refund would be issued within 14 days. Said refund did not appear on my bank statement until 18 th March, three weeks later. This is not the service I expect when shopping online and I will not be using this facility again.”
