“The staff in the Bath branch were fantastic. Really attentive but not over the top. When I was in the chaning room, they checked in to see if I needed to try a different size etc. They were not sales pushy, but just enough to let me know they were there if I needed them. Always smiling, helpful and professional at all times. The stock is amazing....I just love French Connection because the quality and fit of clothes make me feel great about myself...That's worth it's weight in gold, thank you ❤️”

“The Wembley branch was nicely laid out, greeted as I entered the shop, I knew what I wanted to went to pay the cashier was chatting to a friend who was hovering by the till, no interaction with me the paying customer, too busy chatting to her friend. The the cardigan I purchased as molten fluff all over my trousers so quite disappointed”

“I love FCUK style, and a fav is the cotton pop over tops, have bought about 7 now, fantastic for the summer, and can dress them up. I use FCUK on line a lot as live in remote area, postal service always good and returns easy for me, if I can get in store the staff gave always been friendly and efficient, helping with sizing and suggestions.”
