“I had a really lovely experience at the French Connection LDO branch. The Filipino gentleman who assisted us was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and was happy to help us find what we were looking for without being pushy. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. “Second time in the store in cannock on the outlet and the staff were super friendly and helped with sizing , great selection of clothes to chose from for men and women and reasonably priced which is really good , the material on the clothes are top notch and the hoodies and outfits last for ever”

“I was in the Glasgow store a few months ago and the staff especially the manager was lovely. Amazing service and the outfit inspiration in the store and on the staff were beautiful. Very inspiring. So much so I returned a months later to purchase a dress I was eyeing up the last time I was there. I was busy and the manager was there Again and was still as attentive as the last time. It’s rare to get such great service in stores theses days and it really made my day. Thank you x”
