“Shopped at McCartney glen in Cannock designer centre store, the 2 female staff were friendly and helpful, they had a good choice and sizes, we had looked at other stores for similar styles of items of clothing before we decided to go back to French Connection and bought 3 items of good quality and styles, but the staff too definitely helped us make that decision to go back to them as they did make us feel more welcome and they wanted our business the most.”

“Unfortunately, I had to return my last order from FC, nothing wrong with items, the quality was of usual high standard, it was just the fit for me. Items were returned and arrived back very quickly, refunded immediately, luckily I have found something else to order!”
