“French connection clothes are my favourite! I bought in the summer sale this year. Got some absolute bargains. For some reason I didnt manage to apply the extra 20% on line - so i contacted FC. The customer service was excellent. I waited for my clothes to make sure I didnt need to return any - but as soon as I confirmed that I was keeping all of them - the 20% extra discount was refunded to me. Trally good personalised customer service - super fast. Well done FC team!”

“I have always been a French Connection fan because of their well made clothes and innovative styles. I bought some black linen pants at least ten years ago and they are still going and still look very 'now'. I'm glad that I found it online. The service is excellent and communication couldn't be better. Everything effort is made to make buying easy. Highly recommended”
