“I purchased the Bonnie satin midi shirt dress and it was perfect for a day at the races. I like French Connection clothes because they are always a little different to the run of the mill.”

“The clothing is of high quality and design at a good price. Ordering and delivery spot on. My only “would like” is that the clothing caters for people shorter than 5ft 10 ft as I always have to pay an alteration cost in addition to the purchase price”

“The staff in French connection in Gretna Green, were very helpful and friendly. I was was looking at a particular dress when I was made aware there were other colours available, which I couldn't see, which I thought was very helpful, the staff member was also very complementary about the dress when I put it on.”

“Ordered items on line one of them faulty- the option to return does not have send me a new one. But worst of all the login process asks you to enter the order number. Park the fact that you use “0” zeros and “O” so it is difficult to know which character to use for logging on nothing worked after cycling through 10 variations thinking what am I doing wrong. Then as a last ditch attempt entered the “Customer” number and it worked. This is just a basic epic fail that would be picked up in the most rudimentary of testing whoever is in charge of your website product release process needs to have a review of this”
