“You asked for a review so here goes. Your products are very well made. I am pleased with what I've bought BUT I returned £167 of items I did not wish to keep on 20th Feb. You received the return on 23rd Feb. It is now 14th March and I am still waiting for a refund. This is an unacceptable wait time. I contacted customer service who told me a refund had been started manually and I would receive a confirmation email. I'm still waiting. This was 3 days ago. Poor customer service French Connection.”

“I’ve been shopping with French Connection for over 25 years, and it remains one of my go-to brands. The first item I ever bought there was back in 1990 when I was 20 — a beautiful brown suede leather jacket that I still remember to this day. That purchase really set the tone for my long relationship with the brand. One of the reasons I’ve stayed loyal is the fit and quality of the clothing. Their jeans fit me perfectly, which is something that’s surprisingly hard to find. The quality is consistently good, and many pieces in my wardrobe from French Connection have stood the test of time. In fact, I still have items that are over ten years old, and my 20-year-old daughter now happily wears some of them — a testament to the brand’s timeless style. Another big reason I continue to shop there is the customer service. On the rare occasions I’ve had an issue with an order (which is impressive considering how much I’ve ordered over the years), I’ve always been able to call and speak directly to their UK customer service team. They are consistently friendly, efficient and genuinely go out of their way to resolve any problem quickly. Add to that the convenience of free delivery and free returns, and it makes the whole shopping experience easy and reassuring. All of this is why, after more than 25 years, French Connection is still a brand I trust and return to time and time again.”
