“Package arrived despite being cancelled. Was dumped under a tree. Despite cancelling the delivery because I was away I was advised that it was my fault and I would need to send it back. I did when returning from hols but it took 10 days before admitting it was in their warehouse and a further few days for a refund! I don’t think I will ever use the website again or get anything delivered!”

“Paid a visit to the store at Ashford outlet on my birthday - 12th august. Shop assistant was really helpful, kind and friendly. She even met me borrow her special glasses to watch the eclipse. Nice visit.”

“Store had literally just pulled the shutter up as I walked in, staff where so welcome and friendly. Good space to move around and no pressure from sales team. When I selected a few things to try, the assistant kindly took them to the changing room for me. Then later took the one I wanted to checkout while I browsed some more. Packaged my purchase very carefully and I left feeling valued.”
