“I shop at the French Connection Outlet at the Designer Outlet East Midlands. I recently purchased 3 beautiful dresses. I love the quality of the fabrics, the design and fit of French Connection pieces. They are always true to size and fit perfectly. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It is my favourite shop at the outlet.”

“Staff in the shop were so helpful when I had to return an item given to me for my birthday. Even though I couldn't find anything to replace it with, they were still happy to give me a gift card. It was so nice not to feel I was being a nuisance.”
