“The shop assistant kindly removed a jacket off the display as it was my size and it wasn't too much trouble. Pleasantly surprised to be given a paper bag with my purchase free of charge. It's the little things!”

“Generally the quality of clothing is amazing, shopping experience not so much. I placed multiple orders and took advantage of very attractive sale offer however sizing is a bit off on some items as jumper S felt like L and M dress felt like XS. So I had to return few items however kept most of them. I returned items from two parcels at the same time, two seperate returns which arrived in French Connection website at the same time. I received refund for one instantly. Regarding 2nd return I contacted customer service and have been reassured that I will receive refund within 10working days as they received them both. Month later I still have no refund and no further communication from them. Would recommend buying in the shop however online shopping gives shocking experience and would avoid if you don’t want to chase for your own money. I believe that if I wouldn’t chase I would never get my money back. Well I still don’t have my refund….”
