“I ordered a lovely blouse which was great quality and design, it sadly didn't suit me due to my body shape but it was very easy to return for refund. At the same time I ordered another top from a different company which arrived in wrong colour. I mistakenly thought it was also French Connection and queried the mistake. Even though not from them they were very helpful and pleasant in sorting my error. I was very grateful and impressed how they handled everything for me. I would highly recommend them.”
