“Awesome service especially from the young lad with the big hair in the Ashford outlet. He was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked if there were more sizes out back etc . Genuinely nice lad who greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome”

“I like the styles and i love the quality of the clothes. They suit me but they don't always fit me. Leg length tends to be the issue. I could have used some feedback on delivery. I kept checking for updates didn't get any. Then i got one on the day it was delivered. When it was on my doorstep.”

“Love the dresses I’ve bought over the last 14 years always true to size and I have really enjoyed wearing them. Love how easy it is to refund items, thank you. However I feel that some dresses should come with lining as they used to but don’t any more. Sometimes the fabric is of a cheaper quality than it used to be. When a query is raised with customer services no one ever responds. I have a pending enquiry for over 10 years and still no response. So please continue to make beautiful dresses but include the lining too. Plus you need a more effective customer service team.”

“I have been shopping in French Connection since my teens and I’m now in my 50’s - the clothes are good quality and suit a variety of age groups. The sizing is sometimes a minefield. The staff in the Glasgow store always go above and beyond to help customers and my dealings with the customer service staff has always been very positive - also go above and beyond.”

“I love the way French Connection appears to be able to cater for all ages I have been buying this brand since I was in my early twenties and am now in my 60's The quality has remained the same, the style has evolved and i feel very much the staff at the store where i shop (Bath) offer great customer experience. The on-line presence is quick and a good alternative when I can't get to the shop.”
