“Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and went out of their way to make me and my boys happy. Helping with the items we had picked and placing them in the changing area. Lovely store, arranged well. Easy to move around. We are so pleased with our purchases and will definitely return.”

“Was very pleasantly surprised with the lovely colours and clothes I found in French Connection this time. I have been for years as I felt they were often built for a certain type of woman (tall and thin) and the colours were abit dull but this visit changed my mind, bright, cheerful, colourful perfect for my spring palette and simply designed pieces that fitted perfectly. (And in a size smaller than my usual) so I felt slim for a moment 😁”

“Impressive from the outset: the item was well priced and well packaged and dispatched extremely quickly. Packaging was a strong, serviceable and recyclable brow paper bag. The item didn't quite fit so I returned it for a refund. Again, no fuss, return was swift, communication throughout was impeccable and the refund was quickly expedited, an unusual bonus in these days of ‘try on at home’ sales. I shall certainly order again, direct from French Connection, because I’m sure the next purchase will be just as easy and quick!”

“Dressed for Chester race course sat 13/06/26 my wife due to an illness has put on weight and was very unhappy with her dress she chose to wear tears rolling down her face I said come on I’ll buy you something your happier with we arrived at f c Chester the ladies who worked there were amazingly symperthetic to my wife and treeted her like a queen they were amazing they both deserve a very special thankyou and I would not hesitate to recommend the shopping experience to anyone”
