“Visited French Connection in Chester last Friday and can't speak highly enough of the visit. Staff so friendly and helpful, there was a sale on and I bought a lovely jumper/t-Shirt in the sale and got another 15% off it at the till. Excellent shop, clean and tidy. A credit to all the staff.”

“I was really disappointed with my order. I remember a decade ago FC being an aspirational brand and brilliant quality (I still own my leather pants to this day!). However the quality of the clothing I recently ordered just didn't feel the same, it felt a lot cheaper, so I sent my order back. I was also disappointed with the packaging - for a brand like FC I'd have expected a bit more of a "wow" factor for unboxing but it was sent in a very plain mailer bag and inside was just the clothing in different plastic bags. I think these days the unboxing is just as important as the wearing! So I'd love to see this improved.”

“Not very good customer service as my partner whilst trying on a ladies garment stood on a “ security tag pin”. Whilst the assistant was very casual and just took the pin from my partner and placed the pin with others in the drawer. We then had to ask for the possibility of a first aid kit as my partner’s foot was bleeding quite profusely. The male member of staff who brought the first aid kit seemed genuinely more concerned.”

“Lovely clothes, the prices were very reasonable. I bought myself 2 pairs of trousers and a tea shirt. I bought my husband 2 shirts and a T shirt. My husband has worn them all, he likes them. 10/10 for that, usually ended up swopping things for him.”

“I am so thrilled with my beautifully crafted shirt with exquisite pintucks and details on the collar, opening seam and lined cuffs. It was the perfect size in a small with plenty of room for comfort and style with a pair of white capri pants. Another wonderful item to add to my French Collection lol. Thank you!”
