“After two years of shopping at Glasgow Princes Square French Connection I can now say that this is my favourite fashion shop. The clothes look good and are of good quality,with many different styles to choose from. The staff are polite and friendly and are always available to help. On this visit I was looked after by Rhianna and Carolboth are very courteous and indulge me in friendly conversation. The shop looks good, and is always clean and tidy. I like ve visiting this shop.”

“Visited branch at Mcarthur Glen where I bought beautiful blouse. Staff were extremely helpful in bringing different sizes to ensure right fit. Changing rooms are good size and spotless. Will definitely be returning and can highly recommend to everyone”

“Was welcomed as a walked into the store When purchasing my item it was a little awkward as there were 3 shop assistant and I felt if I had interrupted their conversation As the sale was carried out in silence apart from asking if I would like a bag. It’s not has not put me off shopping there again”

“I have visited the store on Cheshire Oaks and the store in Chester. I much prefer the shopping experience I had at Cheshire Oaks. The store was so much brighter and seemed to have more choice. A lot of the prices were also cheaper than I expected, but still good quality.”

“Store Managers customer service was appalling, she was rude to a staff member directly on the shop floor and every time I go in she has a face on her, really unprofessional and unpleasant atmosphere. The store is never tidy but I've only ever seen the younger girls tidy up in there when visiting. Never have any stock to hand either and no one ever goes to double check or when on the off chance they do go look they are gone for a very long time, its not worth the wait time”
