“I had a voucher as I had to return an item that was bought for me at Christmas. The lady who served me checked on a blouse size for me and was helpful. She was friendly and kind. Also folded my items nicely. So they were still good when unpacked at home .”

“Staff in Glasgow Princess Square branch were excellent. Very helpful and customer focused. Also very kind and considerate. Too bad the item I purchased was a beautiful blouse with loop over covered buttons and the loop was pulled out and could not be used! Good job I am an excellent sewer! I did love the blouse so would probably go back.”

“My sister and I had a great hour and more in the French Connection outlet shop in Ashchurch. The staff were so helpful, the shop well laid out, roomy and bright changing rooms and we left laden with overflowing carrier bags! Been nothing but happy with our purchases ever since - we will be heading back come autumn!”

“Customer service has been shocking and staff seem to provide conflicting information. Purchased from your Chester store on Sunday 19th as they informed me I would receive on Tuesday 22nd. No mention of standard or express delivery. I just took their word for it. Tuesday after not receiving the parcel, I rang customer services, to be informed I would not receive it for up to 10 days due to sales items being sent out. If I had been aware of this, I would not have purchased as I needed it the Thursday to travel to a wedding. I asked customer services to expedite the parcel, they said they couldn’t. I asked could they locate in another store, they couldn’t. And I asked could I order another online with express delivery and again was advised they couldn’t. So I asked that the parcel be cancelled and a refund provided. They said they would try to do this. I then receive an email the following day telling me they had found the purchase and could get it sent to me express if I repaid. I confirmed that this was now too late. They informed me the money had not been taken out of my account and that that they would cancel the parcel. Today I have received another email telling me I will receive the parcel Monday which is 6 days late and the payment has been debited from my account. I am not currently at home and now have the added inconvenience of having someone pick it up from my house and then I will have to return it and obtain a refund.”
