“Ik ben heel blij met de geleverde artikelen. De kwaliteit en de maat waren 4x goed. Bijna nog blijer werd ik van de geleverde service. Mijn pakket heeft 2 werken in 2 depots gelegen in Nederland. Toen ik erachter kwam en de verzender om uitleg vroeg, kreeg ik 2 dagen een bericht terug dat de artikelen waren terug gezonden, naar FC. FC heeft ervoor gezorgd dat mijn bestelling direct weer mijn kant op kwam. Ik kreeg een nieuwe track &trace en hetzelfde probleem dreigde zich te herhalen bleek na contact met de verzender (dpd). Ik heb vanmorgen een bericht aan FC gestuurd en vanmiddag is mijn bestelling eindelijk geleverd! Bedankt voor jullie hulp en steeds snelle communicatie FC!”

“I had seen a top in the Meadowhall store but I needed a larger size. It was out of stock online so I rang head office.I thought I would have to go pressing numbers to get through but the pjone was answered straight away. She was so helpful I'm sorry I don't know her name .She gave me 3 stores to ring who had the item I wanted in the size I needed.”
