“When in the shop the clothing was well categorised and very easy to find. I thought that the quality of the merchandise was extremely good even though the styles were not always to my specific tastes, however the staff were extremely helpful in checking stock for the sizing I needed - overall a good shopping experience.”

“We went to the Cannock store at Mcarthur Glenn The shop was nice and clean and the shop assistants were lovely, very friendly and supportive . It was refreshing to get excellent customer service . Unfortunately I don’t remember the lovely lady’s name who served us.”

“The cashier was extremely professional on the day I shopped there for the first time in a very long time. She noticed that my plaster on my wrist was coming away and immediately asked one of her colleagues to get another plaster, and then put the fresh plaster on me. A very thoughtful thing to do and totally unexpected. This was the French Connection in Wembley outlet centre I visited on Saturday 1st August. I should have taken a note of her name - all I remember was her saying that she was a singer/songwriter to her colleagues. I hope that gives you a clue as to who it was!”
