“I visited the Meadowhall branch of French Connection on Monday. There was a fantastic sales person who helped me with all my purchases (4 blouses) but there was another one I really wanted and they didn't have my size. She very kindly offered to have a look online. Yes it was there so she filled the order in for me and I received the item next day by lunchtime. Service above and beyond. I have no idea of her name. Would it be on my receipt? Thank you so much much.”

“Was visiting Glasgow for the weekend and was delighted to find a store in Princes Square. Upon entering was greeted by a friendly member of staff who asked if needed help finding anything. I also received assistance from the same staff member when wanting to try on a dress in the fitting room. Was a really pleasant shopping experience which would like to repeat in the future.”
