“The ordering system was straightforward. I was delighted with the item I had bought - it looked the same as the picture and the quality was excellent. The only problem was the delivery with Royal Mail who had to 'reroute' the parcel so delivery was delayed - 6 days from ordering to delivery.”

“I shop at the French Connection Outlet at the Designer Outlet East Midlands. I recently purchased 3 beautiful dresses. I love the quality of the fabrics, the design and fit of French Connection pieces. They are always true to size and fit perfectly. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It is my favourite shop at the outlet.”
