“I had a really lovely experience shopping at the French Connection store in Chester. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. In particular, I’d like to mention the gentleman who helped me choose two tops for my husband. He was so patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, offering great advice and helping me make the right choice. His customer service was excellent and really stood out. It’s so refreshing to receive this level of personal service. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to the gentleman who assisted me — I’ll definitely be returning!”
