“First time shopper in French Connection. I was visiting the outlet centre at Cannock, with my wife who was looking for clothes for our holiday in a few weeks time. Left to my own devices I happened to go into French Connection, more out of wasting time than with a desire to buy something from there. I was impressed by the stores tidiness at first stock neatly folded and in the correct place. I then started to look at the men’s clothes and was surprised by the quality and the reasonable prices, even better when you knocked off the % discount that was on offer. I liked the designs on offer, I would say unique which made them look high end. My wasting time visit turned very quickly into one with me loaded down and balancing an arm full of new clothes. Even though my bill was three figures, I left feeling I had a lot of items for the price I paid, and feeling happy that the majority of my upcoming holiday shopping had been achieved in the one store. Although I didn’t get the assistants name who served me at the checkout, I would just like to mention how polite and friendly she was whilst remaining professional, efficient and quick. Also on reflection, I liked that I wasn’t jumped on the moment I entered the store. I was given a friendly good morning by one assistant and then left alone to look around and select my items in my own time. As summer turns to autumn, I envisage new stock for that time of year will replace the summer stock I was so impressed with. I think that means I will have to make a return visit to the Cannock store for what will be my second visit to French Connection.”

“We were passing by the French connection store at East midlands designer outlet and decided to pop in, really glad we did as they have some amazing offers and the quality is great. Will be returning soon! Staff are also really polite and helpful. Highly recommended!”

“Fabulous customer service. Polite and pleasant staff who took an interest in the customer and what they were looking for. Customer was allowed to browse in peace but knowing that the sales staff were always available to help. Great shopping experience and will visit the shop again when I am next in Glasgow.”

“I love dealing with this company. Everything is so easy from placing an order to returns. My first port of call always for classy original clothes for all ocassions. The sale section is always fabulous too. Great company wonderful clothes and acessories . Highly recommend!”

“The clothing is incredible but I do want to specifically call out the team in Bath who were in 31st July as they were great at advising what would go with a beautiful dress I purchased. The dress is just perfect and is so incredibly flattering!”

“Whenever I go to the French Connection outlet at Mansfield I have always found the staff to be polite, helpful and generous with their time. I never feel rushed and because I have mobility issues a member of staff has always offered to take the clothes to a changing room for me”
