Don’t rely on them if it’s important day for you or your loved one. I placed the order on 24th for 25th july and on 25th july they are telling me your order scheduled for 26th july. My friends birthday on 25th why should i send gift on 26th. At last moment i have to contact local store and ended up only sending florwers. No cake and ballons😣

If there was a negative number, I could use it. I would rate their service the lowest possible. The baskets appear to beautiful on their website. However unless you pay the $150-$300 shipping fee for overnight or one day delivery (regardless of whether it’s available in that location) they do not care what the status of the package is once it’s delivered. I communicated by phone and email and they repeatedly told me that a ceramic planter was a perishable item. They didn’t seem to care even when I provided a definition of a perishable item. The gift was totally ruined. Buyer beware!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent service provided by your company concerning my order for a birthday cake. The cake was ordered from Sri Lanka to be delivered to my daughter in Canada, and the entire experience has been utterly disheartening. Despite placing the order two days in advance to ensure a timely delivery for my daughter's special day, the cake arrived a full day late. This delay was unacceptable and significantly marred what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. Moreover, I was appalled to learn that the cake was simply left outside my daughter's home. Given the time-sensitive nature of food deliveries and the perishable nature of the cake, this was an egregious oversight. As a result, the cake was not in a usable state when it was finally discovered, rendering it completely unusable for the celebration. This level of service is not only disappointing but also entirely unacceptable. Such an experience is not what one would expect, especially considering the reputation of your company and the fact that this order was placed from abroad with the expectation of reliable service. It is disappointing to note that no courtesy call or message was provided during the delay, especially considering this was meant to celebrate a special birthday occasion. I believe that in a country like Canada, this level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a significant degree of negligence in your delivery process.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have NO idea about customer service. My order was not delivered because they were waiting for a response from me. They are a JOKE. IT DOES NOY SAY ANYWHERE TO CALL THEM BACK OTHERWISE YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP. THIS COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE. I hope this message finds you well. DO NOT ORDER If I could put no stars I would. Terrible service. The delivery company couldn’t figure out the address and sent the package all over the province. Meanwhile the fruit and cheese went bad in the package and it was delivered to someone’s garage 8 days later. Tried to get a refund but they don’t do that unless you have photos. So you have to ask the person you sent it to to take pictures. They seem to think that their friit is so wonderful it won’t go bad after 8 days in transit.

Did not send on date I requested so components compromised. As well they substitute for lower quality product than you paid for without your permission. Supposedly in the fine print. But they do not at least check with you first. I ordered Heineken and got labatts blue. Was embarrassing.

Items that were ordered were not sent and received something else I didn’t like plus allergic to. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I feel like I was scammed.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a variety fruit and got a bag of apples. Association Ordered gourmet cupcakes and got muffins . A bed tray and got a normal tray. Nothing is as advertised. They refused to refund or send better product

I ordered a cake with flowers in a vase and balloon for my sister’s birthday. I paid for the one day delivery however my item was delivered 3 days after. What’s frustrating was, they only sent her the cake and it was already spoiled and damage!!! Very bad customer service too!

Hazelton’s was a rip off. They took my payment promised 1 day delivery and even show the delivery date being the next day. Turns out they still haven’t delivered the product after 3 days. My mother’s birthday and Father’s Day went without the gifts and so far I’m out over 500 dollars.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a basket that cost me $186 it included 2 bottles of liquor, cupcakes and a balloon. The basket was delivered 4 days late, the balloon was deflated, and the cupcakes completely smashed. I sent in a complaint and did not hear anything then when I followed up they told me it was outside the 5 day window of complaints even though the original email was sent in the day after receiving the basket. When I talked on the phone to a customer rep they said it was my fault for selecting the wrong shipping method. No where on the order page does it warn you that your package content will arrive destroyed if you don't pick one day shipping. This company is taking advantage of their customers. Absolutely DO NOT use this company for any basket. There is a reason they dont come up on google reviews.

I ordered a surprise b'day and a liquor gift package.unfortunately my friend received completely a smash cake.when I contact the company,they won't take any responsibility or offer any refund.the worse service I ever had.

I received a gift box for my birthday from my family. I was severely disappointed about the delivery of these items. The cupcakes were tossed around and basically squished, and the macarons in the box were squished. When contacting customer service they said they advise for items that are susceptible to damage to ship. My question is then why offer these items and I can accept a little damage but not this. Very disappointed

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I do NOT know how this company has a 91% rating (scam?) OR how it stays in business! I saw the rating before I ordered but SHOULD have read the reviews! EXTREMELY disappointing product that barely resembled what was on their site (the photo I've posted with the yellow tissue paper is what was delivered and the other is what's on their site!). I AGREE that their customer service is deplorable. I emailed and the response was something that was template at best/ but felt like a bot! NO COMPENSATION -- they said THIS meets their quality standard -- so there you go! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The y wouldn’t allow zero stars Very disappointed. Nowhere did it indicated the delivery would end up at a post office not the actual address so 2 days ended up being 5 while inconviencing the receiver of the gift. I would have ordered from someone else had I know. Never again!

Absolutely unprofessional company and customer care. I had an extremely bad experience - contacted their customer care , but they use the live bot , so you just get the same general answer which is not deciding any question . Over marketed and overrated company - the only good thing is the pictures on the page . Not recommend to anyone, unless you like to have a headache from exchanging emails with their live robot .

Whatever your issue is with the products that you paid but didn't get, they will never provide a solution or even accept their mistakes. Only will let you know you are not entitled to any refund. This company has an option of customize the baskets but be aware they will do it for you... Changing as they consider without letting you know. Even when it can be understandable, they don't offer any kind of solution, even you are paying a great amount of money for a basket. Customer service replied fast but wasn't useful at all.

I ordered a batch of brownies to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. The brownies were around $20. The delivery and taxes etc. were another $22. The delivery was not made because there was no buzzer given for the apartment address. I had tried to email Hazelton to give them the buzzer number but received no reply (apparently they didn’t receive it). I waited for a phone call assuming they would call asking for a buzzer number. They didn’t. I tracked the order and it said it failed (I was not sent any notification of this). I called to see if it could be resent. It was going to cost another $30 to do so. If I ask for a refund, I will only get $11 back. I am extremely annoyed to say the least.
