I ordered a gift basket for my daughter bd, driver called Aug 11th couldnt find the address, she was located N Vancouver, never had a problem with the address before, google map, gps and Canada Post know by the postal code, after a week of frustrating calls with their crs they delivered for an extra $45! Last time I will place an order with them and would highly recommend to my friends and family not to order from them. Terrible customer service!!! Annette Delaney

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam! We can't schedule a delivery even though they ask you for a delivery date, there's no customer service and you can't cancel an order. But they only show you good reviews on their website. I wish I had seen their reviews in Google before ordering.

The gift basket arrived at destination two days after the agreed upon date. When it arrived it had another customer’s sympathy card instead of the wedding anniversary card I had request. Very disappointing!

Would give this zero stars if possible. Huge rip off and no customer service whatsoever. I spoke to both Olivia and Valerie and both were pathetic, sad individuals (Valerie was a particular brand of horrible human being). I paid for a lot of expensive and quality items which they substituted for cheap subpar items. Not only that, they guaranteed my next day delivery and it got “held up”, so the chocolate covered strawberries and grapes I paid for were mouldy and inedible on arrival. When I complained they kept sending me links to their substitutions policy, despite me asking them to escalate to someone who matters, several times. By the way, the substitutions policy explicitly states that they will only substitute the odd item with items that are of equal or greater value. Nowhere does it say they will substitute ALL expensive items for cheap, lousy items. So they are happy to breach their own policies and defraud people, completely blatantly as well. Disgusting pathetic company. DO NOT USE

Avoid like the plague. Ordered a basket for my son’s birthday (first one away from home). Courier failed to deliver and company repeatedly insisted our fault for providing incomplete address details (which is rubbish as the address was the central mail desk for UBC students and my son and all his friends have received numerous parcels to the exact same address). No apology and refusal to provide full refund. Turned what was supposed to be an expensive but nice surprise for my son into an upsetting and horrible experience. Appalling.

This company does not deserve even one star . It’s a scam , the are literally stealing peoples money . Rotten fruit , cheap produits of terrible quality were sent instead of the luxera goods advertised in the photos . The champagne was cheap sparkling grape juice . And they will only talk by e mail to say they do not do refunds . Stay away from this site ! A waste of money

They guaranteed the basket on a certain day which was the only reason it was ordered! Then it was delivered 6 days later (AFTER repeated calls and emails asking to be canceled) to the house where the people were not there. They had plenty of time to cancel the order since they did NOT deliver it on the Guaranteed date they said they could have it there! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO THE RIGH THING! If you like throwing your hard earned money away though...this is the place.

DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. I realised they were a scam after their help line didn't work, there was no option to leave a gift message, and I read other reviews which said the products in no way resembled the picture, didn't arrive, had rotting fruit, etc. So I tried to cancel almost immediately after placing the order - ie before it had been prepared or shipped. Company said no refunds possible, and put the goods out for shipping anyway. I phoned shipping company and told them not to deliver and return to sender (they agreed to do this). Hazelton's 'customer service' were rude and threatening. When I quoted from Consumer Act, they said 'Good luck with that. You're not getting a refund'. Luckily, my bank thought otherwise and refunded me through my credit card. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Gift never arrived. Tried to tell me incorrect address. Would not re-deliver without giving another $27. Refused to refund amount paid. Terrible company.

Do NOT order from HAZELTON’S GIFT BASKETS. It’s a complete scam. My friend sent me the “Heavenly Organic Dried Fruit & Nuts Tray.” My basket did not come with any dried fruits at all! It was nothing like the way it looks in the picture, and nothing like the way it was described. My gift basket was only 11 very tiny packages of sea salt cashews (2.8 ounce each). That’s it. So, not only was it nothing but nuts -- it was only one kind of nut. This gift basket is a complete joke. The website description says it is a “wonderful variety of fruits and nuts" and that it's supposed to have "Cashew Crunch, dried papaya, dried banana, dried mango, dried apricot, pistachios and dried prunes.” They also charged for two baskets instead of one. My friend had accidentally made two orders. After realizing the mistake, my friend asked their customer service to cancel the mistaken 2nd order. Instead of cancelling it, the employee was extremely rude and said “You placed two orders during Christmas, and now you will deal with the consequences of placing two orders during Christmas. I will not be answering another one of your e-mails. Enjoy the spam folder.” They did not want to refund any money. My friend had to get their money back through paypal. They won their case. So in the end, Hazelton’s greed made them lose everything because we got all the money back and still got to keep both baskets. My friend also ordered a Panda bear plush, which was supposed come with this gift basket. There was no bear or stuffed animal of any kind. I checked out all the online reviews for this Hazelton’s company and saw thousands of people complaining about the same thing. It’s a complete scam/fraud. They were also supposed to send a complimentary greeting card. What they sent was a regular page of printer paper, with a tiny message printed in small 12-point font, saying “Dear Dean, Merry Christmas and a magical new year! From, Dean.” It says that the order is from me (the person getting the gift), instead of the person who actually sent the gift. Very disappointed, delivery person even didn’t rang the bell… I ordered pumpkin pie but I got apple pie I picked different balloon I didn’t understand one thing about you guys, when you don’t have something why you have on website and who gave authority to change order which I had paid… I was very specific about pumpkin pie Customer service was worst, they don’t have any information Worst service ever
