Update: No BBQ and no one called to arrange for a delivery. We were told it would be here yesterday March 28th, today March 29th. We contacted the trucking company and no one knows where it is or if they have it. So now it may be here on Monday LOL Home Depot customer service this morning said it would be here for sure on Monday March 31st. Another empty promise from them. So we wait and wait and see if our paid for BBQ will show up. It’s nice when customer service tells you that you will have to wait and wait for your refund if you cancel the order !!!!!

Im still having an issue trying to locate a Weber BBQ I ordered last week. No one seems to know what happened to it and where it is. I also asked for a call back after talking to 4 different people and the number they had for me was not my phone number at all or area code. What on earth is going on with this company. Such a sad state of affairs to buy anything from them now. We all need to learn to stop having Home Depot deliver or buy from them. It’s getting worse and worse. i would rate a 0 but cant. Had a horrible experience with a washer and dryer also a month ago. When will we learn to pick up items if possible. Some times we cant and depend on these deliveries. Sad

I've had ridiculous issues with a dishwasher installation in the past but assumed ordering small items only would be fine. I completely forgot about a previous issue I'd had doing that. For some reason when I enter my address, it drops my unit number on the shipping label and only the shipping label. My unit number is on my billing address. It's even on PayPal, which is how I paid. Every place my address could possibly be is correct EXCEPT for where they told UPS to send it. It took an hour on the phone with UPS being bounced around trying to get this solved because Home Depot was not interested in rectifying the issue.l and told me to deal with it. There is clearly an IT flaw that needs addressing on their website. I'm done purchasing anything from Home Depot. In store or online.

Worst customer service!! After failing to deliver the items we purchased, just told us that we can go somewhere else if we like. What kind of service is that?

They left an item valued over $2000.00 in my driveway without any notification. What the heck is going on. What happened to customer service.

They simply never delivered my order. Then after I called numerous times, they made up an excuse and said it was broken which is why it was never delivered. Though they were never going to tell me this unless I put up a fuss. I reordered the product since I needed it, and it still hasn't arrived. It's been a 2 month process for something that was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. Never ever order online from Home Depot.

Paid $80 for. Delivery driver to drop off a skid in the middle of my driveway and then have them refuse to help me lift a single 8 ft sheet ........ Worst $89 every spent!

We would like to give a Huge Thank You to Page and Kim They Both Went Over and Above to help us with an Difficult Special Order , both had the Very Best Attitude Right up till it all got worked Out ,Never Getting Frustrated With either Us Or The Process. Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot the product is good and was delivered quickly. The credit card application process was relatively simple and the customer service representative was helpful.

I recently received an E-gift card from my Home Depot Proxtra account. I printed the gift card used a portion of it and had $103.94 balance. The next day I made another purchase and they told me the card was empty. Emailed Home Depot and they said not there problem my email had been hacked. Many other stores are having their physical gift cards hack (not email). They are blaming me rather than taking responsibility.

I placed a delivery order for 2 products to be delivered from the store 3 km from my home. Normally I would go to the store and get them, but my car is out of service. I placed the order, and it said it would be delivered the next day. And then the next day it said it would be delivered the following day. This has been going on for 6 days. These are items I need so I contacted customer service to cancel the delivery and I would take a taxi to the store to get the items. They said I can't cancel the order because it is "in transit". The store is 3 km away and they are now saying it is going to be at least another 3 days before the items are delivered so how can they be in transit? I also find it interesting that they are saying the items are in transit and will be delivered in 3 days because I asked where my order is and they said they don’t know they can’t find it or any information on the order. Essentially, I paid them for the products and they are telling me they don't know where they are or when, or if, they will ever be delivered. They said I'm free to go buy them at a store and if the delivery arrives return it to a store. This is entirely their bad service and bad communication, why should I be paying for and taking taxi's all over the city to try and fix it! I have always been a customer of Home Depot Canada but will definitely be looking to shop at Rona and Home Hardware in the future.

We ordered a toilet from their website January 30th. It arrived this afternoon. It was smashed up in the box. The FedEx driver could hear the porcelain pieces rattle around as he dropped it at our door. He then quickly drove away. I called customer service and they said it may take up to a week before they would pick it up and at least 3 weeks before we are going to get a credit. This is horrible service. Now I have to drive it back to the store and will take an hour and twenty minutes to return this damaged toilet. The gas alone is costing me $60.00 plus my valuable time. Why should I pay. To make matters worse the customer service rep barley spoke English and could not understand him at all. You need to pack your product better and make sure your couriers take better care of your product. I will only shop at Home Hardware moving forward.

I purchased a fridge on Jan 26. Was told delivery would be on the 30th. Delivery was confirmed the prior evening for the 30 of January. No one showed up all day. No phone call to advise me of a problem. After having made numerous calls, I was told the delivery company would contact me to reschedule. No phone call. On the 31 of January I made more phonecalls to try to trace my shipment. Finally a sales associate went above and beyond and was able to confirm a delivery date for Monday February 3rd. Ive lost 3 days of work and food in the fridge because of this situation. Not pleased at all.

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 10 days but ended up waiting 50 days. When I contacted customer service, they kept lying about the status of my order and showed no respect for my concerns. They claimed to address the issue, but they never did. The shipping company they use is also terrible—the delivery personnel are rude, the items often arrive damaged, and customer service keeps you on hold for over an hour. Most of the representatives seem poorly trained, and communication is difficult. Even when you request to speak with a manager, they play games and avoid resolving the issue. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.”

I had the misfortune of shopping in the Bracebridge store, poor service, I did stop one employee for help his name was Mark I was later told he was the store manager. He was so rude and actually had no time for me. They don’t even deserve a one star rating.

Bought a new washing machine. Was to be delivered on Wednesday. Got a message, delivery rescheduled for Friday. Called customer service Friday AM to confirm delivery. Yes, will be delivered between 1pm & 5pm. At 5pm I called again. It's been rescheduled again for following Friday. That makes 9 days. NOPE! I cancelled the order and went to Lowes. Bought a new washer in stock. Will not shop at Home Depot again.
