“Our call handler kept us fully informed with several phonecalls about changes to our flights and overnight stay; it was a very fast-moving situation. He was always ready to answer our questions and was a real help to us in securing the holiday we wanted.”

“Mark was brilliant in explaining and arranging our holiday Cruise to Austrailia. It certainly takes the stress out of arranging everything including transfers from hotel to ship etc. Flights and hotels and what visas required. First time used Planet cruise/Iglu wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“Had a problem paying for the cruise we wanted. After trying a couple of times unsuccessfully, manual data entry was tried. We agreed to continue next morning at 10 am. Tried credit card, and that worked. Bank had put a block on the account.”
