“I went on linevto ask for a quote, I received a msg within an hour telling me someone would call the next day. Received call had a good conversation and a quote. The following day we decided to look at a slightly different cruise so called again and spoke to Gemma who again gave me a quote explaining pros and cons of part of the holiday. we've booked our 2025 holiday with no fuss and sure we will continue to get good service from Iglu”

“Iglu offer some very good packages, which include a cruise, flights, transfers and hotels. Everything is ATOL protected, so your money is safe. The agents are very personable, well trained and helpful, without being pushy. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will find someone else who does. The booking process is clearly explained and their website is really comprehensive, from which you can access all of your booking details.”

“Spoke with Ian who was able to answer all my initial enquiries and questions. Gave me time to think about offer, provided me with his contact details - e mail, ext number etc. Rang me back at designated time, was extremely patient as I changed my booking a few times. Ian was Extremely polite and gave me excellent customer service. My first experience of booking with IGLU and would honestly state it was excellent and would do do again, ask for Ian excellent Customer Agent. R H Thomas”

“Dan was very good, went through everything with the cruise I wanted. But the only thing is I would have liked all paperwork sent through the pot as I have no printer & have to pay to get this done, not Dan's fault.”
