“Emily Storey, guided us through the whole process of selecting our holiday of a lifetime, she spent a lot of times coming up with quite a few itineraries with different cruise lines, till we found one that ticked all the boxes for us, we found her so knowledgeable and helpful, as our holiday has some out of date range items, she has personally noted when the flights and hotels will be available and she is going to contact us to pick these final items, this makes us feel she is going to be with us through the whole process and not being sidelined as we have booked and paid our deposit, as some other travel representatives would do, so we feel well looked after with Emily guiding us throughout the whole process, After this experience with Emily, we wouldn't hesitate in contacting her again for our future holidays.”

“Leanne was so helpful. I have booked this holiday with confidence. Leanne explained everything to me. “All over 20 years booking our cruises with Iglu and never been disappointed. Helpful staff especially this time of our booking with Deborah on the line. “Lots of choice on the website. I particularly like the bespoke packages where you can spend quality time in a city before joining the cruise. I have found the Iglu Customer Support team helpful when booking flights, hotels and rooms on the cruise ship. All transfers and hotel accommodation has been well organised and I have not experienced any problems”
