“We have gone through iglu for our cruises they are cheaper than going directly to P&O plus they are very helpful to the elderly with this on line stuff”

“Had a problem paying for the cruise we wanted. After trying a couple of times unsuccessfully, manual data entry was tried. We agreed to continue next morning at 10 am. Tried credit card, and that worked. Bank had put a block on the account.”

“Explained in detail what was included & was not included. Also the cabin offered was not suitable for us. So found one that was. He put our minds at ease throughout the booking procedure”

“Had a great service, didn't feel pressured into booking straight away ,looked at different options for our flights and hotel stays when we asked to adjust the basic holiday that was on offer. Really impressed with having direct extension number for agent, not having to wait for ages to be put through to someone who doesn't know your requests. Well done jack lee”
