“One phone call ,was all it took. We wanted a holiday which took in both the Italian Lakes and a Mediterranean cruise. Chris was just amazingly helpful and he pulled out all of the stops to make things work in just the best way possible. He listened to the requests which I made - from the best airports to fit in with our plans, to hotels which were ideally situated. He was knowledgeable, and also willing to consider the thoughts which I had where my requests were perhaps not the norm. We now have just a few weeks to wait before everything will fit into place……… seamlessly!”
