“Having had a cruise cancelled by a cruise company, my balance was transferred to a new booking with another company without me having to wait. Cost me a lot more money but a better cruise I think. Everything was explained and dealt with efficiently after a bit of a wait as the cancellations affected thousands of people.”

“Kyle on customer service was very helpful and answered all our queries. First time cruise for us and now feel more knowledgeable and confident of booking process. Mobility concerns of one of our passengers was addressed and advice given, particularly around medical insurance.”

“I completed my cruise booking through Claire at Igloo who went through all booking details offering logical and thoughtful options to make my travel and cruise comfortable, enjoyable, and no doubt will prove to be memorable. This was done by phone and I received full explanation on how to access and use online booking reference tools to enquire, or make are any amendments to my booking.”

“Easy to use the website. Everything was clear and well laid out. They gave us a follow up call when we got our quote for a cruise that we were interested in, but didn't hassle us. We're first time cruisers and after a bit of research we decided we were happy, so went ahead and booked.”

“I spoke to Glenn and he gave me a price for an MSC cruise, I spoke to another cruise provider and didn’t feel as though they wanted my business. I then gave Glenn a call back in the afternoon and booked the cruise we had discussed in the morning. He understood what I wanted and he booked it and sent over my confirmation, a very smooth experience. Thanks Glenn”
