“Amazing customer service over the phone to NZ. Such professional and attentive staff. Angela , the lady I spoke to, was really delightful and so helpful and organised. Would 100% recommend her. I had also spoken to another helpful gentleman a few days prior to booking. Many thanks to you both.”

“Thanks for call back, helpful response, explained how things worked with the booking, pleasant approach. Quickly sent me an email and enabled me to confirm the booking and pay a deposit via the Iglu Cruise web site.”

“We got a good price for our cruise, less than quoted on Fred website. Our consultant was excellent. Seren made sure we got our specific cabin, dining times and cabin set up. We were also given an additional discount from Fred which I’m sure that Seren played a part in getting for us. I have never used Iglu before but would recommend them and use again.”
