“We have been perusing a new adventure, but wanted to include some extra stops on the way. Our Iglu personalised trip includes a cruise, hotel stays in 3 different countries, taxi transfers and flights. With the reassurance that the whole bespoke package is ABTA protected, we are looking forward to a new adventure. I will be back with a review once holiday completed”

“The company is doing well because they have assistants who can be understood, pricing seems to be compatible with other companies, I’ve always booked with iglu, always good except last year when I had to cancel my holiday and lost my deposit, I feel I should have been given the choice of what to do with my deposit which I lost, [£200] other wise good.”

“When we experienced problems paying to book over the internet we rang the number shown and received outstanding help from Lisa. She was patient, very clear with explanations, very helpful when required. Excellent service. This was our first time of booking with Iglu but we will use them again.”

“Phoned Iglu rather than email to find out flight details for a fly cruise, answered straight away. Given a price for an alternative airport. Arranged with Kash for a follow up call the next day, he rang me on the dot, and I booked the cruise. Excellent service.”
