“I had booked on board ship and decided to see if Iglu could improve on the offer. The Agent (Beth) was very helpful. She beat the onboard price easily, and made the takeover of the booking seamless. A great experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending.”

“After numerous failed and frustrating attempts to get a Cunard Cruise booking amended without any success. I received a call from Tino T. Customer Care Executive. An absolute Gentleman, who understood my issues and made an enquiry with instant resolution and I received a call back as promised. This Gentleman knows what customer care is all about. My booking has now been amended, which we greatly appreciate. He is also looking at options for returning home on another cruise. Once again thank you Tino, you have restored some faith back into Iglu Cruises for the Allan family.”
