“I phoned to ask some questions before booking a cruise and Jamie who answered my call was very cheerful and helpful, answering all my queries. I felt very confident from his replies about the cruise I was interest in so booked it with him.”

“We got a very nice price and the booking process was not complicated, although we had to call the company to complete the reservation as payment would not be accepted on the online platform. They are not too good at following up interest. The email said someone would call me within 24 hours but we waited a few days and had to call them and go through all information again.”

“I had done quite a lot of research myself, so was in a better position to offer my requirements to Jon and Luke, both of whom were easily able to confirm they could book exactly what I wanted. This was done very quickly, and I received confirmation and full details of my booking within the hour. I have used Iglu cruises for several years now and always found them to be very cooperative and efficient. I'm not an easy customer!”
