“Emily Storey, guided us through the whole process of selecting our holiday of a lifetime, she spent a lot of times coming up with quite a few itineraries with different cruise lines, till we found one that ticked all the boxes for us, we found her so knowledgeable and helpful, as our holiday has some out of date range items, she has personally noted when the flights and hotels will be available and she is going to contact us to pick these final items, this makes us feel she is going to be with us through the whole process and not being sidelined as we have booked and paid our deposit, as some other travel representatives would do, so we feel well looked after with Emily guiding us throughout the whole process, After this experience with Emily, we wouldn't hesitate in contacting her again for our future holidays.”

“Iglu cruises came up after an online search for a cruise in April 2025. Daisy emailed me with a reasonable price and then rang me up at a time that was convenient to me to discuss further. She was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions and gave me the best advice for a particular cruise. I felt very satisfied with the information provided by Daisy and decided to book with them.”

“Impressive personalised service with a sterling customer care. It was refreshingly old worldly to have a helpful agent guide you through every step of your future holiday (thank you, Seb!), offering useful tips and knowledge based advice.
