“Gemma was very helpful and patience with me when booking my cruise. She found answers to all my questions, of which I had many, satisfying me that what I wanted was booked. This is the 6th cruise I have booked through Iglu and they have continued to provide an excellent customer service. Iglu will always be my first choice of travel agency for cruises.”

“Adam has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout my booking. He has given me all the information and advice I needed. As well as emailing me instead of phoning so I could keep the holiday a surprise for my wife's birthday. Adam obviously understands that people don't need to be rushed when they are spending a lot of money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to book a cruise through Iglu.”

“Jamie did a great job handling our quote request and immediately emailed us the summary. The offer was not only within budget, but better than a couple of Iglu’s competitors. We called him back and got all our questions answered - the cruise was booked within minutes.”
